هذا الدور مسؤول عن توسيع أعمال الشركات (B2B) والشراكات ، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز أعمالنا مع المؤسسات / الوكالات الحكومية والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. إلى جانب دفع مبيعات جديدة واكتساب عملاء جدد في مجال الشركات ، سيكون هذا الدور بمثابة جهة اتصال بين العملاء والشركة لعلاقة ما بعد البيع وتوسعات الشراكات الحالية

Job Summary:

This role is responsible to expand our Corporate Business (B2B) and partnerships, in addition to strengthen our business with government institutions/agencies and SMEs. Besides, driving new sales and new client acquisitions in the corporate space, this role will be acting as acontact between clients and company for after sales relationship and current partnerships expansions

  • Managing and acquiring new enterprise client accounts and have the capability to generate own leads in the market.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality relationships with all target customers
  • Develop and maintain strong and relevant value proposition for enterprise customers
  • Drive the development and implementation of short term and long-term sales plans
  • Conclude commercial agreements with Corporate and SMEs
  • Develop and maintain accounts plans and sales forecasts for his/her accounts including sales negotiations.
  • Ensure that appropriate processes and models are in place to drive traction and reduction of too many players in the value chain
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely and consistent manner
  • Work closely with the other teams within FinTech and MTN Enterprise Business Unites as well as other support functions to optimize the revenue generation opportunity and demonstrate strong ROI
  • Work closely with legal & finance teams to insure meeting all the agreed SLAs as well invoicing process follow-up.
  • Ensure communication of timely needs and opportunities to management and support units as required
  • Analyze organizational dynamics at the prospective customer and develop the most effective products and solutions
  • Act as an Enterprise customer advocate to influence proposition related to acquisitions and client base growth.
  • Review and identify key risks, issues, and dependencies and set mitigation actions
  • Escalate issues that will result in significant time, scope, employee/customer or cost impacts if not resolved
  • Ensure CRM and client Database is up to date daily with all leads and all relevant client details.
  • Review performance against agreed KPIs and compliance to SLAs
  • Create and monitor plan for continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to MTN FinTech sales and marketing management.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN FinTech physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned to the Company’s values.
  • Report on a weekly and monthly basis to management relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation
  • Report on an ad hoc basis on specific projects as and when necessary
  • Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant educational field • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage. • 3 years’ relevant experience in financial Services, corporate sales or relevant sector • Relevant experience in mobile and digital business (experience in digital payment is a plus) • Good understanding of mobile payments business, process and technology • Good understanding of SMEs, NGOs and corporate environments
